Clean the Surface
Remove dust, loose debris, and dirt from inside the crack. Surface must be dry — CrackFill bonds best to a clean, dry surface.
Cut the Nozzle
Cut the tip at an angle. For deep cracks (more than 2cm), pre-fill with sand or foam rod first to avoid wasting product on the base.
Squeeze Into the Crack
Press the nozzle into the crack and squeeze steadily. Recommended fill depth: 1-2cm. The formula self-levels — no spreading needed.
Leave 2mm Below Surface
Finish slightly below the surface level — about 2mm. This allows for natural expansion of the building without the seal cracking.
Allow to Cure — Then Done
Curing time varies with temperature — faster in heat, slower in cold. Apply during the day. Once cured, the seal is waterproof, flexible, and permanent.
